Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sangeet Samaj, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all of our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. Course Fee Refunds

 Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course registration or payment.

 Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made before the course begins or if Sangeet Samaj cancels the course.

 Partial Refund: After the course has started, refunds will be considered on a casebycase basis. Refunds may be prorated based on the number of classes attended or course materials used.

 NonRefundable Fees: Any registration or administrative fees are nonrefundable.

2. Event Ticket Refunds

 Cancellation by Sangeet Samaj: If an event is canceled by Sangeet Samaj, you will receive a full refund for the ticket(s) purchased.

 Cancellation by Participant: If you are unable to attend an event, refund requests must be made at least [insert number of days] days before the event. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

 To request a refund, please contact us at sangeetsamaj.telco@gmail.com or sangeetsamaaj@gmail.com with your registration or purchase details.

 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For payments made via credit card, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Changes to Policy

Sangeet Samaj reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.
